I was at the Halfway to St. Patrick's Day game in '06. AJ hit a walk-off that game. It was the only Sox game my good friend had been to and he was ecstatic. It ended up being the last time I would see that friend before he passed.
Thanks AJ, for making that night unforgettable. |

Don't think it will fully hit me until the season starts, and I see AJ in a Rangers uniform. It'll be sad when it finally hits me.
Best of luck in Arlington, AJ. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8DtbPOXFk00

To many, yes. In reality, no way. We still have ours in Paulie.

![]() Of all the Sox games I've attended in my life, this was perhaps the most exciting ending I've witnessed in person. Thanks, 12. One of my all-time favorite Sox.

God Bless AJ for the walkoff against the Dodgers, the halfway to St. Patrick's Day blast, the dropped-third strike, the Tampa Bay fielder's interference play, and for bringing home a championship most of all.
Never, in a million years, did I think he'd last eight years on the Sox. Look at these gems from this idiot below when the Sox were talking about signing him: Quote:

In my 20+ years as a White Sox fan this is as sad as I've been to see a player go.
Last time I was this upset was when Robin signed with the Mets. AJ is one of my favorite Sox players of all time and my favorite current player. Thanks for everything AJ you will be missed.

I'll remember AJ for a lot of things, mainly for being one of the cogs during his time here with two division titles and a World Series. He did a lot of good things here and will be missed. Good luck to him in Texas.

I never wanted to see the title "AJ Pierzynski Appreciation" as the title of any WSI thread.

The Cell will be the only MLB park in the league that will never boo you, AJ. Thanks for being my favorite White Sox catcher ever.

I hope you're right, but I have no faith at all in meathead fans.
