The existence of Rey Olmedo made me wonder if it wouldn't be better to just activate Robin in a reserve infielder role. He couldn't have been worse.

Is this it? The entire bench except for Flowers should have been jettisoned by now.
Maybe most of their contracts just naturally expire and don't need to be formally waived.

Youkilis' new baby cost Olmeda his job. He was exposed against KC as the worst player in MLB.
