I think he's spot on. I don't care about his other opinions, this one is accurate.
People are told that the stadium is a monument...what makes it a monument other than it's old as ****? The ceiling is falling apart, nets are holding bolders above people's heads. It smells like pee, the bathrooms are outdated, there are obstructions all over the stadium, and it's tight as hell to get around. This is Wrigley, I've never been to Fenway, but I can't imagine it's anything different.
