Roe Conn played the audio clip of this on his Top 5 @ 5:00. Listened to it on the way home, I loved it. Especially the dig the Parks & Rec guy got on about Blago...even though it was a shot at the Sox it was funny.

It reminded me of a little email rant we had going at work today with the Sox fans vs the Cub fans and one Sox fan emailed " at least we haven't been waiting 104 years for a Championship" and the Cub fan responded..."Hey it's only 103!" And the Sox fan replied...'I'm psychic...I can see the future and it (2012) ain't looking too good for you this year either."

Well, the World Series cannot end before October 14, so it will be 104 no matter what.

And that's why there shouldn't even be an argument between us and them anymore. We won the World Series, they did not. They have the worst streak in sports history going, we do not. So what do they have to say to us now? They have nothing to stand on.

No other team worldwide that has been in 1st Division since 1908, has not won it all except for them. It's not even close with the Indians having 40 years on them. I'm sure any Euro team has a similar lead.

That's my birthday. My 30th was the Bartman game. I was so bummed out. I was turning 30 and the Cubs were about to go to the World Series. Could it get any worse? Before blowing out the candles on the cake, everyone told me to make a wish. My future brother in law jokingly said "Marlins in 7." I got my wish.
