Stefan "Cheeks" Gartrell
Stefan Gartrell is on the 40 man roster this morning....I hadn't looked for awhile...when was he added?
I'm pretty curious about this...anyone know what's up? It sure looks like he's pretty low on the list of prospects and he's 25 years old..

I think they added him a while ago to protect him in the Rule V Draft.

I wondered if that was the case given that the draft was yesterday....he doesn't seem like that "high end" of a guy, though?
