Flowers was just pulled in the second inning. Injury? Call up? Anyone know?

But I don't see the point in calling up Flowers at this point.

There was an injury delay the inning before. Probably Flowers.

He took a foul tip off his hand.

Sounds like he is ok as he was catching Van Benschoten in the pen to warm him up.

The Mudcats ballpark is in the middle of nowhere, but it's a nice place to see a game. The food is pretty decent for minor league fare. Unfortunately the Barons decided to show up in body but not in spirit. Who exactly are the hot prospects supposed to be on this team? Dayan Viciedo? He showed me some plate discipline, he did get a hit, and looked OK fielding his position. It was only one game of course, but I came away wondering who I was supposed to get excited about for the future.
