Patience. I'm glad to see the Sox are taking it easy with at least one of our better prospects. Baseball is a very tough game to master...half a season extra in Kanny over W-S is not a stiff price to pay if Carter can develop into the pitcher we all suspect he can be.
It is also worth remembering that letting him pile up gaudy numbers can only help his trade value if KW decides to move him. One wonders in the low return we got on Brandon Allen was in part due to his struggles in Charlotte.
