Juan Silverio
Take it for what it's worth, but Juan is raking in the DSL.
2 2b, 6 3b, 5 hr, 24 rbi good for .338/.390/.730 in 17 games (74 AB).

I think this is a bad sign that the rumors of Silverio's age may be correct. The US Government cracked down this year on ballplayer visas coming from the Dominican. They asked for an increased amount of documentation re: name, age etc. The fact that Silverio did not make it out of the Dominican is ominous. Hope I'm wrong and the Sox just decided to bring him along slower since he was overmatched at Bristol last year.

He has an 1.154 OPS in rookie ball. He's making a really nice rebound since being almost written off.
