Damn, for a second there I thought we got "The Lizard", Elizardo Ramirez...

For some odd reason, I clearly remember him pitching against the Sox once. He did some mop up duty for Texas in 2005 when the Sox bombed Edinson Volquez in game 2 of a double header that McCarthy pitched brilliantly in. I remember it partly because I thought it was sweet that Texas had 2 young pitchers named Edinson and Erasmo.
