Default 8/14 Games

Brent Morel with his first homer for Kanny. Only took him 182 AB's.

Gordon Beckham on the bench.

Is this some dumb idea of initiation to bench the stud player, or is he just jetlag from flying all over the place?

Yeah, he said last night that he was flying this morning at 5:30. Probably best he just watch tonight or get an AB later.

He'll probably get about 60 AB's before the season ends.

Archie Graham: Right.
Shoeless Joe Jackson: But watch out for in your ear.

If he's ever going to make it, he needs to move away from 3B with that (lack of) power.

1) It wasn't really a schnide, he wasn't a power guy in college, either.
2) I agree. I don't know how he'd do at 2B. If he stays at 3B, then he better have an amazing glove, arm, and put up .290/370 in the majors consistently.
