In this miserable wreck of a year, I find threads like this provide the most hope. I see no reason to believe that the future rotations that we will see won't be able to keep us competitive. I'm not sure who will pan out and who wont, but Gio, Broadway, McCulloch, Sisco, Massett, DLS, etc. give me reason to hold out hope despite how crapaliscious this team has been. I'd also like to add that for the most part the posters in this thread are much better than the majority of the posters in the Clubhouse. Thanks to all of you guys over here.

I'm sure the wizards at the prospectus can tell me why I am wrong, but I can see Carter winding up as a homegrown Konerko, if he keeps his current trajectory going.
