He absolutely should and his stance against steroids should help but with Maddux and Glavine beig on the ballot this year and some other guys on their last, he might lose some votes.

Baseball voters making the right choice will put him in first ballot. If not for Giambi and his roids, Big Hurt has 3 MVPs in addition to his batting title and other awards and stats. 3 MVPs plus his stats and we wouldn't have any doubt. I think we will see him get in.

That would be a great idea and I need to visit the midwest eventually anyway, so maybe next summer I'll do that and see some friends in Chicago and Dayton.
