Is Strasburg really a "breakout" player?

He's been on everyone's radar since the day he was drafted. He was having an extremely strong 2012 until he was shelved. Will anyone at all be surprised if he has a strong to dominant 2013 campaign?

I agree. If he's NOT dominant, he will be considered a disappointment.
