I also saw that Sox had interest in Jeff Keppinger....I'd be more for that. He can play all IF positions and fill in admirably at 3B.

Hannahan bats lefty so my fear is that the Sox might be thinking platoon partner with Morel. This would be a platoon that would feature all defense with no offense. I hope this is not the case. You just can't get away with no offensive power production from 3B in the AL.

Sox are rumored to be in on Jeff Keppinger too. Keppinger/Hannahan would be a good platoon, and maybe Keppinger would light a fire under Beckham, since 2B is his natural position and he's tons more versatile with the bat.

Sounds like the Sox are still in on Hannahan after the Keppinger signing.

Getting close to a "called it".
