I thought that Teddy would not win until the playoffs started. This is quite the buzz around here. I believe Teddy has a Facebook page. I know he has a fan club with t-shirts and pins. I wonder if this will start a winning streak for him.

I guess I'm the only person who had never heard of this race or streak.
So people run in the costumes, but the results are pre-determined? That's not a race. Or did the person(s) wearing the TR costume just happen to not win 538 times in a row? That would be impressive.
