Still pissed off that it has come down to this, but after getting reminded of last year's final day drama, I have to hang onto every shred of hope.

Gavin does a five ' n fly, walks 5, and gets the W. Had this game gone like the rest of the last 10 days or so, at least 4 of those walks score and we are on the short end of a 4-3 score. But not this time!

Feels great to be excited again .. it won't be easy, but if Verlander and Moore have off days, then we can be tied for 1st ..

Moore's been shaky lately (I benched him on my fantasy team)...I'd be more worried about Price on Sunday. I think we can get them both though.

I have a terrible feeling the Sox will be handing the division directly over to Detroit on Thursday. As is tradition.
