![]() This is Davenport, Iowa, whose downtown riverfront is temporarily part of the Mississippi River right now. That is Modern Woodman Park, home of the Quad Cities River Bandits and yes, you can see, they are playing a game against the Peoria Chiefs.

Quad Cities represent!
Great ballpark, especially for a single-A team. |

Modern Woodman is on my list of minor league parks to get to, but the Midwest League has a really, really great collection of ballparks. I loved summer nights at O'Brien Field in Peoria. Pretty much one of the only things I liked about living down there.

Did the players take jon boats into the stadium? There are no fans that I can see.

I agree. I can't wait to get back and go to a Cornbelters game to see how that is as well. Get to see summer baseball and at a good price. I think I have paid to go to just one Chiefs game over the last 10 I've went to, as people seemingly hand away tickets outside of the stadium.
