Pete, Jr. rented one of my Grandparent's condos when he was still playing ball. The entire Rose family was great to my Grandparents, and I can remember Pete, Jr. being real friendly to a "youngster" who was madly in love with playing baseball at the time.

Welcome aboard Pete; hopefully you can do some great things at Bristol. Joe, hopefully you can do some great things for us in Charlotte!
