Viciedo, Retherford, and Danks are the only real noteworthy names.

He came out of Morehead State, the same place as Jon Rauch, and he has done very well at every level and advanced quickly. He was drafted in 2008 in the 19th round. He has a good fastball and sinker and has the potential to make it to the Sox as a reliever. I saw him pitch when Kanny came to Lexington. I also would not give up on Rasner too fast. He is young (22) and still a bit raw. He came along as part of the Danks and Masset deal and the Sox were higher on him than Masset, as I recall. He has been starting most of the time, but I think his future is as a reliever. |

Does anyone know if Viciedo will be ready to compete for a spot on the 2010 major league roster?
What about any other minor leaguers? Is there anyone to keep an eye on next spring as possibly making the Sox roster in 2010?

Hudson and Flowers are the closest, and they probably would be a callup at some point as opposed to breaking camp with the team. I think 2011 is the earliest one could expect to see Dayan.
