They're live and you can watch the on archive after they end.
Streaming the qualifiers is a good marketing move by MLB to elevate the visibility of the WBC. Unfortunately, they're doing it during the pennant chase. Initially all the qualifiers were gonna be in November, but 2 of them got bumped to September for some reason.
While it might not be big-name players, my guess is that the games will be competitive.
