Except this winter’s starting pitching market sucks. The relief pitching market sucks, too. The pitching goals for 2019 should be to keep Dylan Cease on the path to stardom, to get guys like Dane Dunning and Alec Hansen back on track after last year’s injuries, and to hope that Lucas Giolito takes a big step forward and becomes a legitimate big-league starter.
