I think questioning whether the Sox can maintain a decent amount of talent in their farm system after the high draft picks are done with is a reasonable one.

They most certainly get credit for drafting Madrigal and Vaughn just as the Cubs get for Bryant and Baez or the Astros get for Correa and Springer and of course it'll be more difficult for the Sox to amass amateur talent assuming they start winning this year as it is with most teams. But, they need to do better than the abysmal results they had in the decade or so prior to the current CBA. Just look at their top prospects heading into the 2013 season. Woof!

I'd also like to see more international success aside from their success with high-priced Cuban free agents. The only successes I can think of are Tatis (we won't go there) and Yolmer.
