The 3-0 green light is definitely one major philosophy difference between Robin and Ozzie's managerial style. During Guillen's regime, the 3-0 green light was rarely ever given and we had guys who could definitely handle it like Jim Thome, Jermaine Dye, etc. I echo the comments of previous posters that for the right situation and hitter, I don't have any problem with the 3-0 attack.
