to see what I'm talking about. He talks about wanting the fans to leave feeling like they've had a great experience. Having been many other places in MLB to watch games, the Sox aren't even close to providing a
great experience at the park.
I agree- once you've visited many of the other ballparks the gap between the White Sox and most other teams/stadiums is pretty clear-
