I think he's worth one more shot- before giving up on him.
I don't care much for De Aza but I'd go one more year with Gordo, I like that he realized that a change was needed and he changed his batting stance. If he stays healthy the whole year and he doesn't improve as hitter then it's will be time to say goodbye.
