The Sox have done the best they could do so far this year. But that doesnt mean this years acquisitions will be successful. No guarantees that this will work out. Williams is still involved no matter what people are thinking. I bet everything Hahn does 1st goes though Williams then of course upstairs. The big advantage Hahn and Williams have now is that they dont have to beg for that extra 50 cents. All the moves so far have been inexpensive (even Abreu considering how the market has turned). I would have had confidence in Williams if he was still GM in this situation.
Finally I just hope that resources are going to the scouting, minor leagues, international etc. Thats not Hahns or Williams call.
