No. Santiago's only in the rotation in 2015 if he passes the test next year and therefore will start making bigger money in arbitration each year starting then.
If you're asking whether I think he's real? No. I think he's serviceable but because of his production in limited innings will make more than he's worth in arbitration. I think we should trade him mid-season.
