It's not really that. Bullpen arms is a priority...but to go find a closer and spend a bunch of money on him to pitch, essentially, one clean inning with no one on base to start, only to have to use Troncoso or Veal to get you out of jams is a bad use of resources. WE need several good bullpen arms; the closer will shake out from the pack.
