I would agree with you but at the same time I wouldn't completely write off a guy who is only 22, I know he has been playing for six years but he was 17 when he started, it's not like he was drafted out of college. He could turn out to be like Omar Vizquel (which is a stretch, I know) but if he were able to put up numbers like Ozzie Guillen (.26-.270 average, .300 something OBP) with solid defense and base running, I think he'd be a good number nine hitter on a lot of teams.
Quite the range you've laid out there, Vizquel, arguably one of the greatest shortstops in baseball history and Ozzie, arguably one of the worst players in baseball history
