I agree with you there. Also, I feel like we can better take advantage of his speed by putting him behind De Aza and Alexei. If Paulie or Dunn get on base, Garcia's speed is going to be a bit stifled. Perhaps Robin doesn't want to put too much pressure on the kid by dropping him into the 3 hole?
