I don't post a lot here, so I'm not sure about the rules on posting trade rumors, but Bruce Levine at ESPN Chicago
is saying that a Crain trade is close to being done despite his current injury status.
Levine said the deal involves the Rays and another undisclosed team.
I wonder what return they will get considering the injury questions. I don't think they were going to get the big return a lot of Sox fans seemed to be expecting, but it will be interesting to see if it's any better than what they received in the Thornton deal.
