Yep- and when you watch the Hawks go from where they were (pre-Rocky) to where they are today (not only winning, but their marketing & relationship with their fans), and you watch the Angels catch and surpass an iconic franshise like the Dodgers in the So CA market- the attitude and strategy of the White Sox ("this will always be a Cubs town", etc.") is even more frustrating.
