McCann or Saltalamachia are both relatively young and provide lefty power (Salty is a switch hitter). For their careers, McCann has a much better OBP than Salty.
With the log jam they have at 1B, DH and C, I wonder if Seattle might move John Jaso. In 2013, Jaso would be a nice compliment to Tyler Flowers.

McCann has been one of the top three or four catchers in baseball over the last five years. Granted, he had an off year in 2012, but I would jump for joy if the Sox could somehow get a hold of him.
