That's a drastic drop in velocity the last few years.

I believe he has recently started to throw a sinker which is obviously going to have a little less velocity on it then a normal 4 seamer. Also you have to notice that he threw significantly more chageups last year(8% up from 3%). This would factor into some of that loss of velocity. Not trying to make excuses for the guy though, i have no hopes for him at all really.
