The Sox are hitting home runs at an amazing pace (11). How many will the Alex Snellius Foundation have to pay for in loving memory of Ursilla?

Over 216. We're gonna mash this year.

The question is whether the pitching keeps it together.

I like that there's only one option under 200. Is 199 going to be that big a let down?

With Swisher, PK, Dye, Thome, and Crede in the line-up, yes. Of course I like seeing the HRs with men on base, but with people taking pitches and actually walking:o:, I have a feeling we will see more multi-run HRs.

I was doing this tonight with just the starting 9 from today -- barring injury --potential- and I feel like I'm being somewhat realistic -- somewhat:

Swisher -30
Cabrera - 10
Thome - 30
Konerko - 30
Dye - 30
Quentin - 25
AJ - 15
Crede - 30
Uribe -20

That's 220. Do any of those numbers seem unreachable? They've all hit at least or close (except for TCQ) that many in their career. Ozuna, Anderson, Hall, Ramirez, callups should be good for another 10?

I'm more worried about how many we'll give up.

My thoughts as well, and if anyone will be on base for those dingers.

I'm hoping that AJ keeps doing what he has been doing and looks more for singles and doubles than HRs.

Also, I would expect Thome + Paulie + Dye to hit at least 100 combined (baring injury). 30 is a good number for each of them, but I would say that combined they should hit at least 100. Whether it is one guy getting hot and hitting 40 or two of them hitting 35.

I think over 200, but I'd rather 96 wins than 200 HR's.
