Anyone know where I could find a log of Crede's grand slams?

I have seen 3 of them in person, wondering how many more of them there have been...

I think today was his fifth. Don't have a log, but you could probably look over his stats at baseballreference and find them.

In 2004 or 2003, Crede was up with the bases loaded at the Skydome in Toronto and hit a ball that bounced off the foul pole in left field. The umps called it a foul ball.

Wow, BR sure has beefed up their game logs.

I saw the walkoff in '02, the one against the Mariners in '06 and the one today. Pretty cool.

So do I. Haven't seen them since '04. Anyone up for a revival?

Also, when I saw the title of this thread, I thought it was mentioning a group of old ladies making up a Crede fan club.
