He's calling some great games so far this year. He is nails and the best C in the American league. Love the way this guy plays the game.

I like AJ, but that's a bit much.

AJ isn't even close to being the best catcher in the division. Ever heard of Ivan Rodriguez, Joe Mauer, or Victor Martinez?

Yeah, but who of those ever reached first base on a strikeout?

I would love for him to win the batting title, that would be hilarious.

They might be better hitters but AJ calls a better game, he's is really do a great job with this pitching staff and keeping the guys under control. Out of the three catchers you named AJ is the best at this, hitting Mauer by a mile but we have enough hitters in this line up that AJ's game calling and defense are what make him so good.

LOL...normally I would see this post and the post count and call the poster a hack. But this guy's been registered since 2001! With 35 posts! Averaging five posts per year, or less than one every two months. Awesome.

Edit: Gipper's favorite current player is Maggs, and his first post was questioning the Wells/Ritchie trade. I love it. Also, WSI seemed like a much more welcoming place back in the day; even West got in on the action. (http://www.whitesoxinteractive.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=6257)

Who would you rather have right now, Frank Thomas or Jim Thome?

Did I offend you because I have a life and don't update my profile every time I log on to the message board? I mean it's an opinion and no need to a dick about it. If it makes you feel better my favorite current player is Paul Konerko. Glad your life is so pathetic that you actually take the time to look back at old post and try to make fun of people that don't post more than 1 time a day. Seriously are you that pathetic? No one is right or wrong and last time I checked every body has an opinion and we're all Sox fans so why the need to throw stones?
