I could be wrong, but wasnt that the idea anyway. I could have sworn when they signed him it was said he might be ready by the all star break.

I thought the same thing.
I heard they expect him back late May/Early June.

Yes. Prior actually had surgery this off-season and is re-habbing. The 60day DL was expected. He still could get 20 starts or so.
