They were trying to trade him anyways. They've got 7 other starters, and Parra has been excellent all spring, so he'll be taking Capuano's place.

Still this isn't all that good.

Gallardo is alright hurt, Gagne has looked awful. Hopefully Parra can step in and fill the void. I really, really hope the Brew-Crew can stay healthy this year their window is only a few yeras before these guys start wanting big money deals.

Well, Gagne just started pitching and Gallardo should be back in April. Sheets said he feels healthier than he ever has too. I think they'll be fine.

Well, I am sure the Brewers will be bummed now that they cannot extend their losing streak in any games he starts.

Capuano got a 2nd opinion, and the doctor says he will only need 3-4 weeks of rehab, and no surgery.
