Hey Fens (and anyone else),

Saw Gammons at the Tigers-Nats game in Lakeland today. He looks decent, but seems like he might be pretty weak on his left side. Is he still recovering from his aneurysm?

He had a great time interacting with the crowd and is much less a curmudgeon than I thought.

I've met him more than once, he has always been friendly and outgoing every time, even when joked about having his face on the nickel.

I haven't met him and I do get tired of his praise of Boston (but in reality they do have one of the better teams) but I think the man certainly knows a lot about baseball and I do value his opinion (especially when its in praise the White Sox!)
