Former Reds GM Bob Howsam dies

The man who put together the Big Red Machine has died. I didn't know that he was also the founder of the Denver Broncos. RIP Bob.

Those Big Red Machine teams were my favorites growing up (while rooting for the White Sox). They were awesome.

RIP Mr. Howsam.

Sparky Anderson went into the HOF as a Red in tribute to Howsam for taking a chance on him. He not only built a great team he found a great manager.
