Nice to see that they will have a few nationally televised games this year on ESPN Sunday Night Baseball. I love Sunday night games.

Sunday Night game vs the Cubs? There hasn't been a night game in the crosstown series in years.

Bad memories. I remember Carlos Lee gave us some false hope when he tied it up late.
That was the worst 4th of July ever...

That was after Shingo loaded the bases, but Marte certainly did suck.

I was there. CLee's hr was awesome. Then the bottom of the ninth....we barely made it out of there alive with all of their fans mobbing us. My gf was scared.

Also nice that only three games fall victim to the ridiculous Fox Saturday black-out rules, which keep those of us outside of Chicago from watching on MLB.COM.

Am I missing something, or does it only show the regular season games being nationally televised? What about the WGN and Comcast games- when are those?

My guess is that since this schedule was released later in the day today, the the actual schedule that is looked at on the sox website will be updated either tomorrow or Friday with all of the local stations.

This is DJ's 9th year in the booth (he started in 2000).

The tandem of Ken "Hawk" Harrelson and Darrin Jackson begins its 10th season together, calling 155 regular-season White Sox games on Comcast SportsNet, WGN and WCIU

Wrong.

yup hitting a 2 out homerun off of Latroy Hawkins. That was the year my mom started the White Sox/Cubs crosstown party. so far all the cubs fans are 3-0, each time we've had the cubs/sox party it happens to be a game the sox lose. I believe 2005 was the year of that horrible 1st inning for Contreras, GS by Ramirez. Crede would have tied it if it weren't for Hollandsworth . 2006 was the debacle of a game where Zambrano hit a homer off Buehrle I think it was. I don't think we had a party in 2007, thankfully.

Wow, FOX games start early this year, in the past I remember them taking a few months before starting. I'm guessing the usual blackout BS will remain?

What I like seeing is the confirmation of what FENWAY said in an older thread. All the games on the road are now going to be in HD as well.

Listening to Farmio on the radio on non-TV days during ST is a March tradition for me...only a few more weeks!
