Rookie Seattle Mariners infielder Ron Wright had a rare debut on the weekend against the Texas Rangers. Wright started at DH. In his first at-bat, he struck out. In his second at-bat, he hit into a triple play. In his third, he hit into a double play. So six outs in his first three at-bats

To bad he didn't get into a quadruple play for the cycle. Oh well, he's got more opportunities, he's young. :D:

It's too bad this rookie didn't play for Texas. I would take it as the best evidence yet of the existence of God.

He got sent down to the minors the next day, so he won't get too many chances soon.
