How bout this for a telling stat -- the Cubs have the lowest average road attendance of any team in baseball. How does this jive with the theory that EVERYONE is a Cubs fan EVERYWHERE? Hmm ... maybe it isn't the team that they love ... The full numbers can be found at

Playing in Montreal will tend to hurt your attendance figures a little.

Well, they've played their road games in some of the worst cities for attendance (Montreal, Pittsburgh and Cincinnati) so far. Plus they suck, I wouldn't want to see them either

What? People in other NL cities don't sell their parents to get tickets to see SamMe? And no one at any Chicago media outlet reports that?
