Same Ol' Jason Bere. I'm glad he's a Cub

Jason Bere is a headcase among headcases, and is the most "consistently inconsistent" pitcher I've ever seen. He is exactly the same as he was with the sox. If he holds true to form, he'll get torched in his next 2-3 outtings, and just when you're ready to give up on him, he'll spin a gem. Then he'll put together a couple of quality starts (3 if he's really lucky). And, just when you're sure he's back on track, he bursts into flames once again. He also uttered the kiss of death for the Cubs saying: "There's still alot of baseball left to play.

Honestly, I like the Cubs staff more, despite last night's drubbing, they do have a 3.69 ERA. I love Buehrle and Rauch, I'm just not sold on 2-4.

Yes, I know, Rauch is the least experienced...but I just feel more comfortable when he's on the mound; if you catch my drift.
