790 AM in Houston is reporting that the Astros are close to acquiring Miguel Tejada from the Orioles for Adam Everett, Chris Burke and a pitcher.
MLB.com's sources Tuesday were reporting that the chances of an Astros-Orioles deal had dropped to "zero," so we'll remain skeptical until further confirmation comes along.

Edit: Just realized I spelled Tejada's name wrong haha.

I hope this happens. Houston needs something big down there.

Everett, Burke and a pitcher? Glad I'm not an O's fan.

Burke and Everett both have over 1,000 Major League at-bats, and neither has a lifetime average above .249. That pitcher must be darn good. There has to be a better package out there somewhere.

What is this, the 4th year in a row that Tejada's name has come up in trade talks? Just get it over with already! We'll give them Uribe for him :redneck
