Heard it was official on the radio, end of article snippet http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2007/12/03/AR2007120302283_2.html

Clippard went 3-1 with an ERA over 6 last year, most notable game was when he shut down the Mets at Shea.

Albaladego played in 14 games last year (I would guess Sep call up) and went 1-1 with a 1.88 ERA. 12 Ks and 2 walks, not bad.

Albaladego is a reliever, correct? I wouldn't have minded the Sox taking a flyer on Clippard to battle for the 5th spot, but I guess most people say his ceiling is pretty low.

I saw Clippard pitch a couple of times last year on TV, and he was kind of interesting. He seemed to have quite good and lively stuff, but he couldn't throw strikes.

Clippard seems sort of like Floyd.

Clippard is just like B-Mac, same lanky build, near mirror images of one another, either way the nats are making moves for when they open their new stadium.

If their OF can stay out of trouble its all star caliber.

Young, Milledge, Dukes. Should be interesting to watch.
