Well, Lofton is now the MLB leader in BA at .426
Other numbers for season to date:
OBP: .500
OPS: 1.011
Here are some amazing numbers from his last 5:
BA: .684
OBP: .714
Runs: 8
SBs: 4
Looks good to me...

Heres what I love....amazing start by a pretty damn fine player and even with that being said if the season ended today He wouldnt break Ted William's record for OBP for a season.............Man how I would have loved to see Ted play...and yes I know that came out of LF...deal with it :D:

Any baseball fan would love to see on the great ones play. If we could travel back in time, I would pay to Mays, Mantle, Ruth, Gehrig, Jackson, Young, Page, Josh Gibson, Williams, Bob Gibson, Kofax(sp?) to name a few play.
But give Kenny Williams some credit on this one, Lofton may be the best move in his tenure.
