White Sox #24

Rockies #1

The number one team in terms of Young Talent is the Colorado Rockies (http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/baseball/mlb/teams/rockies), and here I'm going to have to revert to giving the values I assigned to each player, even though there is no real frame of reference for it. I credit the Rockies with 1,902 points worth of young talent -- 1,008 to the hitters, 895 for the pitchers

Cleveland #5 and KC #8. Potential bad news for Central teams. If the Royals let Dayton Moore run wild they could be perennial contenders one day. That organization scares me.

These rankings aren't the be all end all...but God I hope we start scouting better and getting productive players from within our system.

Methinks Buddy Bell will be implementing some significant changes down in the minors.
