Notes from my scorecard:

Vazquez had 9 strikeouts and pitched a nice game.

He retired 10 in a row between the first inning and the 5th, and with a doubleplay in the 5th had only faced two over the minimum through six innings.

Nice game by Toby Hall with the two hits and a walk. He briefly raised his average from .193 to .207 before the last groundout.

Fields was swinging for the fences tonight, and it shows in his 0-4 effort (three flies to right, one to left).

Loved the Pods triple- probably his last one in a Sox uniform.
